“Personal Choice” 

A new concept in corporate housing which offers greater flexibility in your relocation choices: 

Option 1:	Fully Furnished and Accessorized with a minimum lease term of 7 days. Includes: All furniture and furnishings, linens, completely equipped kitchen, (2) TV”s, DVD, vacuum, local phone, cable TV with expanded basic service, utilities* and all major appliances, including a Washer/Dryer. A welcome amenity kit is also provided. “All you need is your suitcase”!
Option 2:	Unfurnished with a minimum lease term of 30 days. Includes: Spacious apartment with all major appliances. A welcome amenity  kit is also provided.

With each option, we can customize for your personal needs. For example, if you are traveling with your own furniture and select Option 2, but still require utilities included, we can customize your lease to include this. Just let us know what you need!
